Commons Fee

 

The monthly common fee is $105.00 and is due on the first of each month.  A $10.00 late fee will be added if paid after the fifteenth of the month.  Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at the end of the month.

You may wan to us the Auto Debit Form  to pay your Commons Fee direct from your checking account.
